Program Fees
Cascade Swim Club fees are set before the September starting date of the new season as part of the annual budgeting process. A copy of the Annual Report detailing all club revenues and expenses is available upon request from the Club President or Bookkeeper.
Club fees are divided into four categories: Annual Membership, Fundraising, Meet Sponsorship, the USS Fee and Monthly Training.
Annual Membership
This annual fee covers the administrative costs of running the Club such as printing, newsletters, postage, office supplies and swimmer awards. This fee is paid per family, not per swimmer. If siblings are in different levels, the higher fee is applicable.
Age Group III: $ 85.00
Age Groups II, I, and Senior Team: $ 105.00
Fundraising
The fundraising fee, which supports the Club's meet program, is an annual fee per swimmer charged at $130 up to a maximum rate of $260 per family.
Age Group III: $ 55.00
Age Groups II: $105.00
Age Groups I and Senior Team: $130.00
High School Development : $ 50.00
USS Membership
Every Cascade swimmer must join the United States Swimming Association.
This fee covers our insurance for each swimmer at workouts, meets and all
Club functions. Cascade collects this fee and forwards it to USS. The annual fee is $59.00
Monthly Training
Training fees are based on the swimmer's training group and cover coaching salaries and pool rentals. These fees assume full participation by each swimmer. While training includes one week off in the months of September, December & April, fees are not pro-rated in these months. Inability to attend all scheduled workouts for any given week does not relieve the swimmer of the obligation for full monthly fees. Fees are not assessed in months when a swimmer does not swim. It is the responsibility of each family to notify the bookkeeper if they are leaving the club. It is also a matter of courtesy to notify the coach if the swimmer will no longer be swimming.
Upon registration with the Club each family is issued a fee coupon book to facilitate the payment of monthly training fees. Please include the monthly coupon from the blue coupon book together with your check and mail by the FIRST of the month.
The 2007-2008 monthly training fees are as follows:
Age Group III: $ 65.00
Age Group II: $ 95.00
Age Group I: $120.00
High School Development: $ 105.00
Senior Development: $130.00
Senior Team: $165.00
The payment of all fees and dues should be made out to the Cascade Booster Cluband sent together with payment book coupon by first of the month to:

There is a $ 10.00 late fee for payments received after the 15th.
